Undefeated Beginnings

The Eagles opened the season with a 3-0 record, defeating Carroll, Northland, and Monmouth. It was a battle of the Wohlford brothers in the Eagles defeat of Northland. The Jacks head coach Jakob Wohlford, in his first season at the helm couldn't hold off the Eagles attack. Edgewood College improved to 2-0 via a 15-10 victory over Northland in the home opener.

Edgewood College continued to play remarkably well against Monmouth. The Eagles downed the Illinois based team 24-16. Dylan Oas led the way for the Eagles offensively with six goals. Nine different Eagles contributed to the scoring.

NACC Victories

Edgewood College managed back-to-back conference wins over Marian and Concordia Chicago. The Eagles first conference win of the season came in 15-9 fashion over the Sabres on April 19. Lake Rewey and Avery Bugaj both notched a hat trick for the Eagles. Luke Quakenbush added 13 saves in net. Just three days later the Eagles would down Concordia Chicago by a whopping score of 22-6 on Senior Day. They jumped out to a quick 6-1 lead after the first period and piled on seven more goals before halftime. Edgewood College added seven goals in the third quarter and held the Cougars scoreless. In the victory, Lake Rewey broke two single-game records. His mark of eight goals is a best as well as 11 points.
