MEQUON, Wis. – The Edgewood College women's soccer team dropped a NACC battle with Concordia Wisconsin on Wednesday afternoon at Fitting Field. The Falcons scored early in the first half and held on for a 1-0 final.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Edgewood College (11-3-1, 7-2-1 NACC) struggled to get much going offensively Wednesday, finishing the match with just five shots, two on goal. The Eagles defense was busy, only allowing one goal from the Falcons action packed offense.

- Kailey Adamski totaled six saves for the Eagles, holding the Falcons to just one goal. Four of her saves came in the first half.

- Isabel Downs scored in the 10th minute for the only goal of the contest. Downs was assisted by Selena Esten.

- The Eagles were outshot 11-5 on the afternoon, with seven of the Falcons shots on target. Greta Blau took four shots for Edgewood College, just one on goal. Reese Meszaros added the other shot on goal for the Eagles.
