RIVER FOREST, Ill. – The Edgewood College Women's Soccer team continued its four-match road swing with a NACC contest at Concordia University Chicago on Saturday afternoon. The Eagles offensive struggled to produce in the league tilt as the host Cougars secured a 3-0 victory.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Edgewood College (0-6-1, 0-2-0 NACC) fell behind in the 13th minute as Britani Chansler put Concordia Chicago up 1-0. Chansler found the top of net on her unassisted score.
- Just under six minutes later, the Cougars (1-5-0, 1-1-0 NACC) struck again with a score from Kitana Watson, assisted by Megan Wilkinson. CUC outshot the Eagles 5-1 in both halves for a 10-2 advantage overall.
- CUC would tack on its third goal in the 55th minute off the foot of Itzel Calderon. The final Cougars goal was assisted by Melica Kenworthy.
- The Eagles couldn't muster up much offense as they were limited to two shots for the contest.
Grace Wildeboer fired a shot on goal in the first half, while
Sydney Feldner recorded a shot in the second half.

Mackenzie Jones started the match and played the first 45 minutes for the Eagles, making one save before being replaced by
Hailey Corcoran at halftime. Kassie Silenzi picked up the win for Concordia Chicago, making one save in 85:33 of action.
