HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Eagles (10-1, 5-1 NACC), playing for the first time since December 14, never led on Saturday as Wisconsin Lutheran jumped out to a 6-0 lead and held a 15-8 lead after one quarter and a 28-19 at halftime.

- The Eagles trailed by seven, 41-34, heading into the fourth quarter and WLC pushed the lead to 43-34 with the first basket in the final period. Edgewood College would make its biggest run of the game, a 9-0 stretch, to tie things at 43-43 with 6:03 remaining.

- The Warriors (7-3, 5-1 NACC) had one more run in them, scoring 11 of the next 13 points. Edgewood College would get back within five with 1:33 left, but Wisconsin Lutheran made 4-of-6 at the line down the stretch in gaining the 58-49 win.

- Four players combined for 48 of the Eagles 49 points on Saturday, led by Lemirande's 20. Walter scored 11 points and grabbed a game-best 12 rebounds for Edgewood College. Bria Lemirande added nine points, while Parker Fetherston added eight.

- Edgewood College shot just 27.3 percent (6-for-22) in the first half before making 48.3 percent (14-for-29) after the break. The Eagles struggled from 3-point range, going 0-for-9 from deep.
