MILWAUKEE – The second trip to Wisconsin Lutheran College didn't go as well as the first for the Edgewood College Baseball team. One day after recording a 9-4 win, the Eagles fell, 22-2, resulting in a season split with the Warriors.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Warriors posted big innings in the second through sixth frames Monday. After a scoreless first, Wisconsin Lutheran put up six runs in the second, four in the third, and six more in the fourth to build a 16-0 lead. The Warriors would add four in the fifth and two in the second innings.
- The Eagles staff issued 10 walks in the game and the defense committed three errors, while Wisconsin Lutheran recorded 15 hits in the win. Four different Warriors finished the game with three-plus RBI, led by leadoff batter Ryan Dominick, who finished the game 2-for-5 with five RBI.

Bryan Sternig got the Eagles on the board in the top of the fifth when he launched a solo home run.
Jacob Popp added an RBI single in the seventh.

Kyle Semrad was perfect at the dish for the Eagles, going 3-for-3 with a double.
