Haley Brooks combined for four wins in an 8-1 senior day victory over Cornell College. The Eagles collected their fourth win in six days in the non-conference match.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Edgewood College (15-4) took a 2-1 lead after an 8-6 win by
Sydney Verbauwhede and
Alyssa Carew at No. 1 doubles, and 8-4 win by
Jaclyn Swift and
Haley Brooks at No. 2 doubles.
- The Eagles proved their dominance in singles play. Senior Wilson came away with a big 6-1, 6-0 win over Ellie Davidson at No. 4 singles.
- Swift at No. 5 singles claimed a 7-6(7), 6-1 win, while Brooks only surrendered three games to gain her second win of the day (6-3, 6-0) at No. 6 singles.
- Verbauwhede battled against the Rams Abbey Nelson to claim the 6-4, 6-2 victory in the No. 1 singles slot.

Kai Heineman gained an edge over Emmaline Fievet at No. 2 singles, with a 6-1, 6-3 victory; while
Alicia Picard did not give up a game at No. 3 singles, with a 6-0, 3-0 (retirement) victory.
