After missing most of his junior season, Krueger went the distance and gave the Eagles their first win of the season in their first game. The senior threw all seven innings, striking out eight while walking only one in the Eagles' 5-4 victory over Concordia Moorhead at the Metrodome. He gave up four runs to the Cobbers, and only two were earned.
