Gavin struck out seven and allowed just three hits in throwing his first career complete-game shutout in 3-0 win over Dominican on Sunday. The Reedsburg, Wis. native leads the NACC with 0.87 ERA through 31.0 innings over five appearances this season. His performance extended the Eagles win streak to five games. The Eagles are 4-1 in Gavin’s five appearances this season with their lone loss to No. 15 Augustana in Florida.
