Bieri allowed one earned run, and struck out 12 with no walks in his last 16 innings, both wins in Fort Myers, Fla. The Waunakee, Wis. native helped the Eagles beat Western Connecticut State and UW Stout by a combined score of 9-1. Bieri led the Eagles to their best nine-game start (7-2) since 2004 and sports the best strikeout-to-walk ratio (13/0) of all NACC pitchers with at least 10.0 innings pitched this season.
