Nick Pasquarello was named Director of Athletics at Edgewood College in June 2025.
Pasquarello brings 32 years of coaching, 24 years of experience in higher education, and 15 years in collegiate athletics. Pasquarello most recently served as the Executive Director of the W Club and Strategic Partnerships at University of Wisconsin-Madison. In this role, Pasquarello built relationships between current student-athletes and alumni. Pasquarello provided support services that elevated the student-athlete experience, with a focus on academics, career development, community, engagement, and inclusion. As of the academic year just completed, student-athletes at Edgewood College comprised more than one-third of the total undergraduate student population.
A variety of roles and experiences have built Pasquarello's strong resume. He was a member of Wisconsin men's soccer from 1990-1994. After graduation, he spent seven years playing for professional soccer franchise in Minnesota, Indianapolis, Atlanta and Kansas City. In 2001, Pasquarello returned to Wisconsin and served as a volunteer coach with the Wisconsin women's soccer team. From 2002 to 2008 Pasquarello served as an assistant coach with the Wisconsin men's soccer program. In addition to his coaching experience at Wisconsin, Pasquarello is actively involved in coaching youth soccer with the Madison 56ers Soccer Club. Pasquarello has been involved in the Madison 56ers since 2001, and his coaching experiences with youth soccer in the Madison community uniquely prepare him for the tremendous responsibility of leading Eagle Athletics.
Pasquarello returned to the University of Wisconsin-Madison to work in the Wisconsin School of Business as an outreach specialist with the family business center from 2009-2012. He then transitioned to a role in the Office of Corporate Relations as a senior university-business liaison until 2018. In June of 2018, Pasquarello returned to work with the Wisconsin Athletics Department, and was named Director of Employer Relations & Corporate Partnerships.
Pasquarello graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts. In 2018 he earned his Master of Science degree in Educational Leadership & Policy Analysis with a concentration in Intercollegiate Athletic Administration.
In this role, Pasquarello is responsible for the oversight of 21 NCAA Division III intercollegiate athletic programs and, as a result, the leadership of administrators, coaches, and approximately 350 student-athletes.
