Andy Moll joined the Edgewood University Women's Soccer program for the 2021 season. A native of Madison, Moll has been involved in coaching in the Madison soccer community for over 25 years.  
 
Moll is currently the head girl's soccer coach at Waunakee High School. Moll was named the Badger Conference Coach of the Year in 2024 while leading Waunakee to a state tournament appearance. 
 
Moll lives in Cross Plains, Wisconsin with his wife, Cara and two children, Cam and Ali. He is currently an Advanced Learning Specialist in the Waunakee Community School District. He has a BA in English from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and a Masters of Education from the University of Minnesota. Moll holds a United States Soccer Federation “C” coaching license.
