2023: Competed in six indoor meets and six outdoor meets...Ran a 3,000-meter PR of 11:15.61 at the UW-Oshkosh Early Bird Invite (December 10)...Posted PR's in the 400-meter (1:13.75) and Mile (5:51.59) at the UW-Oshkosh Titan Challenge (February 18)...Ran a PR of 20:01.01 in the 5,000-meter at the UW-Platteville Invitational (April 14)...Finished 48th with a personal-best time of 41:51.71 in the 10,000-meter run at the Phil Esten Challenge (April 22)...Member of the winning 4x400 relay team at the UW-Whitewater Drake Alternative (April 28).Â
