Career Summary

2020: Did not compete at any meets.

2019: Competed at 10 meets, running mid-distance and distance events…Had a strong NACC Outdoor Championships with a pair of PRs, running a 2:31.33 in the 800 and a 5:20.86 in the 1,500, finishing in the top nine in both events…Won the 3,000-meter run with a time of 11:44.67 at the Good Friday Open (April 19)…Made way on the Eagles honor roll in the 3,000 and 800 for the outdoor season and the 800 in the indoor season…Was on third-place DMR team at NACC Indoor Championships (February 23).

High School: Honorable mention all-conference as a sophomore and junior... Helped her team place second in the conference her junior year... Qualified for states as a sophomore. 

Personal: Daughter of Jenny and Jim Kane... Member of the National Honors Society as a junior and senior... Held academic honors for four years... Lead her graduating class as a class officer... Member of the Spanish club and sports leadership... Volunteered regularly with a special education program and at various elementary and middle schools... Major is Undecided. 

Why Edgewood College?: "Madison is not far from home, and such a cool city. Edgewood College has a very cool special education program and I've always enjoyed working with people with disabilities."
