2020: Competed at five meets during the indoor season…Outdoor season was canceled due to COVID-19…Ran the mile three different times, including a season-best 6:29.19 at the NACC Indoor Championships (February 29)…Posted a time of 12:33.38 in the 3,000-meter run at the UW-Oshkosh Early Bird Invite (December 7, 2019).
2019: Competed at eight meets in distance events…Ran a PR time of 22:15.61 in the 5,000-meter run at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 3-4)…Posted a PR of 6:15.75 in the mile at the Titan Challenge (February 16)…Placed eighth in the 3,000-meter run at the Good Friday Open (April 19).
2018: Competed in five meets... Set a personal best in the 5000m (22:32.21) in a 12th-place performance at the UW-Whitewater Drake Alternative meet... Also placed 13th in the 5000m (23:30.36) at NACC Outdoor Championships.
2017: Competed in eight meets... Mid-distance specialist ran the 800m, 1500m, mile, and 3K... Set a personal best in the 1500m (5:45.49) in a 17th-place finish at the University of Dubuque Invitational on April 21... Ran indoor mile personal record of 6:21.68 at the Pointer Invite on February 4... NACC Scholar-Athlete.
High School: Ran at Monticello... As a senior she was co-captain, earned First Team All-Conference as seventh-place finisher, raced at sectionals, and set a personal 5k best of 20:21.8... Earned Second Team All-Conference in ninth place as a junior, also won Coaches' Award and ran season-best 21:28.4 in 5k... Second Team All-Conference and Most Improved as a sophomore, personal 4k best of 17:55.7... First Team All-Conference and Coaches' Award as freshman, personal 4k best of 18:07.0... In all four track seasons, placed Top-8 in the 1600m and Top-7 in the 3200m at Regionals and finished 9th in the 1600m and 11th in the 3200m at the 2015 sectionals... Earned 2015 Most Valuable Runner award... Personal bests of 5:57.41 (1600m) and 13:19.69 (3200m).
