Biography

2008-09:  Competed in the spring and went 1-5 in doubles matches for the Eagles... With partner Brittany Storhoff, defeated UW-Stevens Point's No. 3 doubles team by a score of 8-6, it was one of two wins for the Eagles on the day... Competed with Storhoff at No. 3 doubles in the NCAA Division III National Tournament, but fell by a score of 8-3 to 20th-ranked Wheaton College in the first round... Did not compete in the fall portion of the schedule while she was studying overseas.

2007: Won the No. 3 singles title at the NAC Championship... Compiled a 10-5 record in dual meet singles matches and went 11-6 in doubles... NAC Scholar-Athlete.

High School: Played four years of tennis and vollebyall and three years of basketball ... team captain in volleyball (2004) and tennis (2004, 2005) ... made a state tournament appearance at doubles (2004), finished eighth in doubles and fourth place team finish at state tournament (2005) ... 4.0 grade point average all four years ... National Honor Society ... Bill Holmstrom Scholarship recipient ... E. Wayne Cooley Scholarship nominee (Iowa Girls Union) ... member of A'capella Choir, student council, Letterman's Club.

Personal: Born November 9, 1986 ... daughter of Bob and Barb Brondyke ... majoring in Spanish and Psychology ... transferred from Clarke College where she was named Freshman Athlete of the Year in 2005 ... team captain in 2006 ... won Northern Illinois/Iowa Conference (NIIC) championships at No. 4 singles and No. 1 doubles.
