Biography
2008-09: Won the No. 4 singles title at the 2008 NAC Championships when she defeated Rachel Schmitz of Aurora University 6-0, 6-0, and was a No. 3 doubles champion when she and her partner, Brittany Storhoff, defeated Katie Mooney and Lauren Taugher of Concordia Wisconsin, 8-5, on October 4-5, 2008... Compiled a 16-6 overall record while going 13-6 in dual matches (13-5 in the No. 4 singles position) and lost just one of 10 NAC regular season matches... Won 14 of 18 doubles matches overall including an 11-2 mark with Storhoff, 8-2 from the No. 3 doubles position... Won her final five matches in No. 4 singles and No. 3 doubles... During the spring season, went 1-4 in doubles, including an 8-4 win over UW-River Falls' No. 2 doubles team... Competed at the NCAA Division III National Tournament, dropping her doubles and singles matches to 20th-ranked Wheaton College... NAC Scholar-Athlete.
High School: Member of three straight Southern Lakes Conference championship teams with Big Foot High School... Team qualified for state championships in 2005 and 2007, placing second in her senior year... Was an individual state qualifier in doubles in 2007, and won three straight conference #2 doubles titles... Was part of a school record relay team that placed fifth at the WIAA State track and field meet... Also a first-team all-conference basketball player...National Honor Society member.
