Biography
2003 Season: Played the entire season at #2 singles and #1 doubles as a freshman…finished an impressive 3-2 in LMC single matches and notched a third place finish in the LMC Tournament….teamed with senior Keely Williams to finish second in the LMC Tournament at #1 doubles.
Prep: Earned three varsity letters while playing for Glenn Lehnert at DePere High School…was honored as the team captain in 2002…received the team MVP award in 2001…received All-Metro recognition as a state qualifier in 2002…earned second team all-conference in 2001 and first team all-conference in 2002…also received the most improved award in 1999 and the sportsmanship award in 2001.
Personal: Born December 31, 1984…majoring in nursing…son of Jim and Chris Van Hefty.
