Career Statistics (through 2014 season)

2014: Appeared in 37 games and started in 34 at catcher while hitting .246 on the year... Finished tied for fourth on the team in RBI with 16... Tallied one double and one home run... Caught 11 base stealers and is now just 10 short of the top mark in school history (51)... Tallied five multi-hit games, including a 3-for-5 performance with three RBI agianst Concordia Chicago on April 12... Hit a two-run home run against St. Mary's (Minn.) on March 21.

2013: Led Edgewood College catchers with 24 games started and 29 appearances... Led the Northern Athletics Conference and set an Edgewood College single season record with 17 caught base stealers... Through two seasons, ranked third in school history with 30 runners caught stealing... Set a new career high with three runs batted in against UW-Platteville on April 30... Matched his career-high with three hits against Lakeland College, going 3-for-3 with three runs batted in on May 4... Went 2-for-4 with a double against Wisconsin Lutheran on March 24.

2012: Started 29 games and made 32 appearances as the team's primary catcher... Had a season-high three hits and a run batted in against St. Norbert College on March 12... Recorded first career extra-base hit with a double against Greenville College on March 16... Drove in two runs and stroked a double against Concordia Chicago on May 1.

High School: Three-year starter for John Hersey High School... Twice voted all-Mid-Suburban League and also named honorable mention all-area... Helped the Huskies to a 25-8 record and a division championship as a senior.

Personal: Parents are Jamie and Liz Thompson... Major is Education (Broadfield Social Studies).
