2016: Competed in five races, including the NACC Championships... Set a season-best 6k time of 33:-05 at the UW-Whitewater Tom Hoffman Invitational on September 17... All three of her 6k times were within 35 seconds of one another... Placed 33rd at the Beloit College Early Bird on September 1... NACC Scholar-Athlete.

2015: Competed in four races on the season... Opened the year with a 70th-place finish at the Tom Hoffman Invite with a time of 32:12.3... Had a season-best 30:10.0 at the Wisconsin Lutheran Invite on Oct. 3... Finished 95th at the NACC Championships on Oct. 31 with a time of 30:22.9... NACC Scholar-Athlete.

2014: Crossed in 32:09.7 at the UW-Platteville Invite and finished 29th overall... Finished the Wisconsin Private College Championships in 33:16.6, which was good for a 107th-place finish... Set a personal best with a time of 29:46.4 at the NACC Championships and finished 78th.

High School: Participated in track and cross country.

Personal: Daughter of Mike and Kerrie Smrstick... Member of the National Honor Society and involved in HOSA, German Club, Environmental Science Club and Renaissance Club... Intends to major in Nursing.
