2019: Competed in six meets…Ended collegiate career with a season-best 6K effort of 27:15.9 at the NCAA Division III Midwest Regionals (November 16)…Posted a PR 5K time of 22:58.7 at the Loyola Lakefront Collegiate Invitational (September 28)…Ran a 30:34.6 at the NACC Championships (November 2) as a member of an Eagles team that captured a second-straight NACC Title.

2018: Competed in five meets...Ran a personal-best 26:21.7 at the NACC Championships October 27...Member of the Eagles NACC title winning squad...Finished 37th at the Wisconsin Private College Championships October 13.

2017: Competed in five meets... Ran a season-best 28:46 at the Wisconsin Private College Championships on Oct. 14... Placed 64th (29:00) at the NACC Championships on Oct. 28... Finished 20th (25:14) at the season-opening Beloit College Early Bird 5k on Sept. 1.

2016: Competed in five meets, including the NACC Championships... Set a season-best 6k time of 28:23 on September 17... Placed 20th at the Beloit College Early Bird 5k on September 1.

High School: Ran at Monticello... As a senior she was co-captain, earned First Team All-Conference as seventh-place finisher, raced at sectionals, and set a personal 5k best of 20:21.8... Earned Second Team All-Conference in ninth place as a junior, also won Coaches' Award and ran season-best 21:28.4 in 5k... Second Team All-Conference and Most Improved as a sophomore, personal 4k best of 17:55.7... First Team All-Conference and Coaches' Award as freshman, personal 4k best of 18:07.0... In all four track seasons, placed Top-8 in the 1600m and Top-7 in the 3200m at Regionals and finished 9th in the 1600m and 11th in the 3200m at the 2015 sectionals... Earned 2015 Most Valuable Runner award... Personal bests of 5:57.41 (1600m) and 13:19.69 (3200m).

Personal: Daughter of Paul and Danielle Risley... On the high honor roll all four years and finished third overall in her class... Involved in National Honor Society, Student Council, Spanish Club, Art Club, Choir, Band, Musical Club, Technology Department, Class Vice President, and Class Secretary... Volunteered at Sunday School TA, St. Mary's high school, Monticello blood drive, Santa's Helper, Food Pantry, Zwingli UCC Clean Up the Highway, and Summer Technology Help... Has travelled to Canada, Colorado, and Idaho to ski in the mountains, took a trip to Mexico, and has backpacked the Maroon Bells Four Pass Loop, the Sincline Trail in Canyonlands, the Grand Canyon, and Pictured Rocks National Lake-shore... Major is Nursing with a Minor in Spanish.
