Career Statistics (through 2016-17)

2016-17:
Appeared in 23 games and averaged 8.2 minutes per game... Scored all 16 of her points in the span of seven games in the middle of the season, including a career-high five points against Alverno on New Year's Eve... Made a career-high two field goals against Concordia Wisconsin... Recorded the best assist-to-turnover ratio on the team (0.86)... NACC Scholar-Athlete.

High School: Played in the Regional Championship and was team captain at Stillman Valley high school as a senior under head coach Bobby Mellon… Scored 156 points (2nd highest on team), hit 21 three-pointers (qualified for three-point challenge), grabbed 81 rebounds, and shot 68% from the free throw line while helping team to a Consolation Championship of Dixon tournament… Won Regional Championship and qualified for three-point challenge as a junior… played club ball for the Rockford Heat under head coach John Penney… Won three Regional Championships, six Player of the Game awards, and was a Sectional Champ as a three-year member of the soccer team.

Personal: Parents are Randy and Cori Hilliard… Earned three local scholarships, made the Honor Roll, and received an IHSA Scholastic Achievement award… Involved with Reading Buddies, Renaissance Team, Yearbook Sports Editor, May Day, and the National Honor Society… Volunteered with Special Olympics volleyball, as a Youth Group leader, on two mission trips, Girl Scouts, Sharefest, Rockford Police Explorers, food pantries, concession stands, Pork Chop fest, Fairdale Tornado Clean Up… Named 84th Stillman Valley May Day Queen, was in the top-5 of graduationg class for community service hours, volunteered on two mission trips, and served as youth camp counselor… Majoring in Biology.

Why Edgewood College?: ”I chose Edgewood College because I loved the smaller classroom sizes so that I could get more one on one time with my professors. Edgewood felt like a second home to me. I thought I fit in really well with the Basketball team too. I love the small school and big city feeling.”
