Career Statistics (through 2009)

2009: Hit .300 in her freshman campaign with three doubles, a home run and 11 RBI in 35 games (34 starts)... Began the season on a 4-game hitting streak, capping it off with a 4-for-5 effort against Mount Mary on March 16, and finished the year on a 3-game hitting streak.

High School: Two year letter winner in softball at Burlington High School... Played third base and earned second team all-Southeastern Conference honors in her junior and senior seasons... Also earned a letter in swimming.

Personal: Born March 19, 1990... Daughter of William and Donna Schafer... Major is biology and psychology with a minor in spanish.
