Career Statistics (through 2013)

2013: Earned her fourth consecutive conference honor after being named first team All-NAC for the third time... Started all 40 games at shortstop... Ranked third on the team with a batting average of .305 and 39 hits... Led the Eagles with 13 extra base hits including six doubles, a triple, and six home runs... Also led Edgewood College with 23 runs batted in and a slugging percentage of .508... Drew 11 walks... Had two sacrafice hits... Was 4-for-6 in stolen base attempts... Had 68 putouts and 98 assists at shortstop... Ranked third with 10 multi-hit games and second with four multi-RBI games... Had an eight game hitting streak from March 13 to April 7... Drove in a career-high five runs against Mount Mary College on February 23... Was 3-for-3 with two home runs, three runs scored, and three more batted in against Alverno College on April 6... Leaves Edgewood College ranking sixth with a batting average of .390 and second with a .641 slugging percentage... Second in Edgewood College history in hits (194), doubles (40), and home runs (25)... Also ranks in the top ten in RBI (115) and runs scored (98)... During her four year career she accounted for nearly half of Edgewood College's runs. Named Edgewood College softball position player of the week from March 11-17. 

2012: Earned first team All-Northern Athletics Conference for the second time in her career... Led the conference with eight home runs, which ranks third in school history for home runs in a season... Ripped 14 doubles to rank second in Edgewood College history... Led the Eagles, and ranked fifth in the NAC with a .416 batting average, going 52-for-125... Those 52 hits rank eighth in school history for hits in a season... Posted a slugging percentage of .752 which led the league and ranks sixth in school history for a single season... Ranked sixth in the NAC with 52 hits, and second with 14 doubles... Her 33 runs batted in led the team and ranked second in the conference... Led the league with 94 total bases... Had an on base percentage of .440, which ranked ninth in the NAC... Recorded the second most assists in the conference with 105... Hit two home runs in the Eagles' 9-7 win over Simpson College and followed that with one more against Mount Mary College on February 25... Led the Eagles with 16 multiple hit games and nine multiple RBI games... Had the Eagles' longest hitting streak of seven games and ended the season on a three-game hitting streak... Posted two four-hit games, first against Dickinson College where she went 4-for-4 with four runs batted in, and again on April 7 when she went 4-for-5 with a double and two runs scored... Had two seperate streak where she recorded at least two hits in a game for three straight games... Recorded three hits in a game three times, first against Simpson, going 3-for-3 with three runs scored, again on April 11 when she went 3-for-3 with one run batted against Concordia University Wisconsin, and on April 17 against Maranatha Baptist when she went 3-for-4 with four runs scored, two runs batted in and one home run... Only struck out nine times in 125 at bats... With one season left, her .419 batting average is the best in school history... Ranks second in school history with a .686 slugging percentage and 19 home runs... Her 34 career doubles rank third all-time and her 155 hits sits sixth... Two-time NAC Position Player of the Week.

2011: Named second team All-Northern Athletics Conference... Finished fourth in the league with seven home runs, which led the Eagles... Was one of two Eagles to start all 38 games... Led the Eagles with 12 multi-hit games, with two three-hit performances... Posted team-bests in batting average (.373), hits (44), runs (24), doubles (8), runs batted in (27) and 73 total bases... Recorded at least two runs batted in eight times... Drove in three runs in a game twice and four runs twice... Had a five game stretch where she drove in 12 runs, including four against Maranatha Baptist and four against Wisconsin Lutheran College... Hit home runs in three of the Eagles' final four games... Had one hitting streak of six game and another of seven games... Led the team by a wide margin with 104 assists while recording 75 putouts... NAC Scholar-Athlete.

2010: Garnered All-Northern Athletics Conference First Team honors... Finished with the third highest batting average in the Northern Athletics Conference with a .465 average... Smashed 59 hits which led the team and landed her tied for second on Edgewood College's all-time hits list... Tied for the team lead with four home runs, including two in the Eagles' 5-4 loss to Dominican University on April 29... Led the team with 32 runs batted in and finished tied for the team lead in runs scored with 28... Belted a team-high 12 doubles... Recorded a career-high four hits in the Eagles 18-16 loss to Marian University in 12 innings on March 27 as she went 4-for-7 with two runs batted in and three runs scored in the contest... Also played golf at Edgewood College.

2008-09: Attended UW-Eau Claire and played golf.

High School: Played softball four seasons at Burlington High School, helping them win a regional championship in 2006... Two-time Southeastern Conference softball player of the year... Earned second team all-state in 2008... Named all-conference three times.... Three-time all-district performer... Improved her batting average every year and hit .587 during her senior season in 2008... Also played golf and was named team MVP four times... Garnered first team all-conference three times for golf... Was a member of National Honor Society. 

Personal: Parents are Steve and Debbie Spitzer... Major is Elementary Education.
