Biography

2009: Was part of six indoor track school records during his freshman season... Bested his 400 meter dash time three times throughout the year and ran his fastest at the Knox College Invite with a time of 52.51... Helped the Distance Medley Relay, which also included Connor Boushon, Peter Zander and Andrew Garvey, break the school mark with a time of 11:01.07 in only the second meet of the season and later eclipsed that by nearly 10 seconds at the NAC Indoor Championships, leading to Edgewood College's first NAC track championship... Also helped the spring medley relay team to a school record with a time of 3:48.67... Did not compete during the outdoor season... NAC Scholar-Athlete.

High School: Three-year letter winner in track at Saint Thomas Aquinas in Overland Park, Kan.... Helped team to a runner-up finish at the Kansas High School State Track and Field meet in 2002... A member of the 4x100m relay team which holds the school record at Saint Thomas Aquinas.

Personal: Born August, 7, 1984... Son of Robert and Mary Berger.
