2019: Competed at 14 meets, running the 400-meter dash and 800-meter run…Also ran in the 600-meter run and set the school record with a time of 1:25.50 at the UW-Oshkosh Early Bird (December 1)…Was on the school-record setting 4X100-meter relay team, helping team run a 42.98 at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 4), good for a third-place finish…Had a big day at the NACC Indoor Championships (February 23), winning the 800-meter run (2:01.79), while also being part of the winning DMR team (10:52.45)…Ended career third on the Eagles honor roll in the 400-meter run and in the 800-meter run for the outdoor season, both events he set best times in during senior season…Also ended career second for the indoor 400 and 800-meter lists, again setting both of his best times during senior season.

2018: Competed in 10 meets, primarily as a sprinter... Placed eighth in the 400m (51.04) at the NACC Outdoor Championships. also finished fifth in the 4x100m relay (44.68) and seventh in the 4x400m relay (3:31.27)... Ran a season-best 51.01 400m in the NACC Outdoor prelims... Placed sixth in the 4x100m relay with the third-fastest time in school history (44.22)... Ran the first of four 800m races, the first such races of his career, at the indoor Pointer Invitational and finished second overall with a time of 2:03.38... Ran a season-best 800m (2:01.44) in a fifth-place finish at NACC Indoor Championships and is only the fourth Eagle to break 2:02 in the indoor 800m... NACC Scholar-Athlete.

2017: Competed in eight meets... Placed fifth in the 4x100m relay outdoors at the NACC Outdoor Championships on May 5-6... Set season bests in the 200m (22.86) and the 400m (52.21) in a pair of Top-25 performances at the UW-Platteville Invitational on April 13-14... Posted school record in the 300m (36.95) in a fourth-place finish and became the fourth man in school history to break seven seconds in the 55m (6.85) at the UW-Parkside Fall Finale on December 9... Member of 4x200m relay team that ran a 1:36.07 for the second-fastest time in school history in a runner-up finish at the UW-Platteville Select on January 28... NACC Scholar-Athlete.

2016: Broke school record in collegiate debut in the 300 meters at the IWU First Chance meet on Dec. 5 with a time of 37.67... Posted two top-seven finishes at the NACC Indoor Championships with his performances in the 200 meters (7th, 23.33) and the 400 meters (5th, 51.78)... Posted the sixth-fastest indoors 400 meter and the eighth-fastest indoors 200 meter times in school history with a 51.78 and a 23.33 at the NACC Indoor Championships on Feb. 27... Helped 4x100 relay time to a fourth-place finish with the third-fastest time in school history (44.37) at the NACC Outdoor Championships on May 7... Finished 5th (50.94) in the 400 meters and 11th (22.89) in the 200 meters at the NACC Outdoors.

High School: Team captain during his senior year... Placed fourth at sectionals in the 400 meter dash... Set a personal record of 50.20 in the 400 meters and 23.41 in the 200 meters... As a junior, set two school records as part of relay teams... Member of 4x400 meter relay team that won conference championship and qualified for WIAA State Track & Field meet... Set a personal record of 2:05 in the 800 meters... Also ran cross country... Graduated with high honors.
