2017: Competed in nine meets... Long distance specialist ran both the 5K (17:19.22) and set a personal best time in the 10K (35:13.33) to finish eighth at the NACC Outdoor Championships... His 10K time of 35:13.33 was the 10th-fastest in the NACC... Set a personal best in the 5K (16:32.16) in 10th-place showing at the UW-Whitewater Drake Alternative meet on April 29... NACC Scholar-Athlete.

2016: Made collegiate debut with a 17:22.74 in the 5,000 meters at the UW-Platteville Select meet on Jan. 30... Helped 4x400 meter relay team finish ninth at the Pointer Invite on Feb. 6 with a time of 3:50.68... Finished 16th in the 5,000 meters at the NACC Indoor Championships on Feb. 27 with a time of 16:52.22... Ran a season-best 4:26.27 in the 1,500 meters at the Redlands Invitational on March 18... Placed 15th with a PR 16:37.03 at the Private College Championships on April 9... NACC Scholar-Athlete.

High School: Owns a personal record of 4:53 in the mile... Top time in the two-mile run is 10:35.
