2012: Posted his fastest 3,000 meter time of 9:33.89 on February 17 at the UW Badger Open... Finished 13th at the Northern Athletics Conference Indoor Championships in the 5,000 meters when he posted a then personal best time of 16:45.97... Bettered that mark at the University of Chicago Ted Haydon Invitational on March 31 when he placed 11th in the 5,000 meters with a time of 16:32.69... Finished fouth in the 10,000 meters at the St. Norbert College Invitational on April 21 with a time of 35:11.99... Registered a personal record 1,500 meter time of 4:38.01 at the Ted Haydon Invitational... His fasted one mile time of 4:58.03 came at the UW-Stevens Point Pointer Invitational on February 4.

High School: Earned second team All-Capitol Conference as junior in the 3,200 meter run... Named first team all-conference in the 4x800 meter relay as a senior...
