2009: Competed in the 800, mile, and 3,000 meter runs as well as the 4x400 meter relay during the indoor track season... Ran do a 19th place finish at the NAC Championships with a time of 10:34.29... During the outdoor season, competed in the 5,000 meter run and 3,000 meter steeplechase... Finished in seventh place with a time of 11:17.80 in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the NAC Championships... NAC Scholar-Athlete.

2008: Oryall broke, re-broke, and re-broke again his own record in the 3,000m steeplechase in 2008... His top time of the season in the event was 11:23.94 at the Eagle Invite in Lisle, Ill. where he placed 8th... Also turned in a 9th place finish at the outdoor NAC Championships with a time of 11:33.73.

2007: School record-holder in the 1,500m, 5,000m and the 3,000m steeplechase... Finished fifth in the steeplechase at the NAC Championships... Finished seventh in the indoor 5K at the NAC Indoor Championships.

High School: Attended Verona Area High School where he was a three-sport athlete... In Cross Country was a two-time state team qualifier and Badger South Conference Champions... Played defensemen on the lacrosse team... Was lacrosse team captain in 2006... Three-time state champions in lacrosse...Was second team all-state and conference in lacrosse in 2006... five-time letterwinner (Three cross country, two lacrosse).
