Benjamin Dreyer

Coach Dreyer began coaching sprinters at Edgewood College in the spring of 2006. Born in Midland, Mich., Dreyer attended St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wis. and graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy.

During his tenure at St. Norbert, Dreher earned all-America status 10 times while competing in the 400-meters, 200-meters, and 4x400 relay. He is also a two-time NCAA Division III national champion in the 400-meters.

Upon graduation, Dreher competed professionally in the 400-meters from 2003 until 2005. The stint also included being a member of the prestigious Holyfield International Track Club in Orlando, Fla. (2004, 2005) and a U.S. Olympic Training Center resident athlete in Chula Vista, Calif. (2003, 2004).
