2019: CoSIDA Academic All-District Selection...Honorable Mention All-NACC Selection…Only Eagle to start all 20 matches…Led team in points (24), goals (11), shots (49), shots on goal (28), and game-winning goals (3)...Was a perfect 5-for-5 on penalty kicks and finished career 11-for-11 in those situations…Ended career as Eagles all-time leader in penalty kicks made…Finished career ranked tied for ninth on Eagles points (65) and goals (25) list…Also was tied for ninth with nine game-winning goals...Scored a hat trick in a 7-2 win at Viterbo University (September 30)…Picked up two second half goals, including the game-winner in a 3-2 NACC win over Lakeland University (October 16)…Assisted on two scores at Benedictine University (October 12)…Scored in back-to-back NACC wins over Marian University (September 25) and Illinois Tech (September 28).

2018: One of two Eagles to start all 19 matches...Finished second on team with 17 points and six goals...Tied for second on team with five assists...Totaled 29 shots, 17 on goal...Netted two game-winning goals...Scored twice against Judson (September 8)...Picked up three points with a goal and an assist in a win over Beloit (September 11)...Added three points in a win over Lakeland (October 3)...Scored the only goal of the match in a season-opening 1-0 win over Olivet (August 31). 

2017: One of six Eagles to start all 17 matches... Tied for second on the team with five goals, five assists, 15 points, and .208 shot percentage... Scored twice after converting a pair of penalty kicks in his lone multi-goal match of the season in 3-0 win against Olivet on Sept. 5... Finished with three game winners on the season, including the game winner in 3-2 victory at Bluffton on Sept. 10... Distributed two assists and played a season-high 90 minutes in win at Lawrence on Sept. 13... Team finished 6-1 when he either scored or assisted... Put 10 of his 24 shots on goal (.417).

2016: One of four Eagles to start all 19 matches... Scored three goals with three assists on 18 shots... Added the game winner in 4-2 victory over Concordia Chicago on Oct. 1... Distributed two assists in 6-0 win over Rockford on Sept. 28.

High School: Played at James Madison Memorial and won three Conference championships... Ranked second and fifth in the state his senior and junior year, respectively... Named team captain and All-State selection his senior year... Scored four goals and three assists... Earned Team MVP, All-State Honorable Mention, First Team All-Conference, and All-City First Team his junior year after scoring 16 goals with five assists... Notched four goals and two assists as a sophomore and two goals as a freshman.

Personal: Son of Michael and Janet Surtees... Volunteered with Taste of Madison and in the Badger Recycle program... Part of Spartan Leaders and Spartans Committed clubs in high school... He took a gap year to live in the south, he wants to travel to Norway, and he loves the Game of Thrones... Majoring in Business
