2018: Competed in six meets...Ran a season-best time of 28:15.8 at the NACC Championships October 27, finishing 42nd in the race...Placed 34th at the Wisconsin Private College Championships October 13...Finished sixth in the Beloit College Early Bird (6K) August 31 with a 23:28.7. 

2017: Competed in six meets... Set a personal best by over a minute at the NCAA Midwest Regionals with a time of 27:41... Placed eighth at the Beloit College Early Bird 6k with a time of 21:49 on September 1.

High School: Ran for New Glarus high school under head coach Steve Wehrley... Earned First Team All-Conference, was team captain, earned a coaches award, and qualified for state as a senior... Personal 5k best of 17:06... Also lettered three years in track and field, won a team conference title in 2015, and was an individual sectional qualifier... Personal bests of 4:49 in 1600m and 10:23 in 3200m.

Personal: Son of Paul and Sara Fredrickson... Major is undecided... Was class valedictorian, named to highest honor roll, and earned a Capitol Conference Top-10 award... Also involved on the math team, student council, pbis, and National Honor Society.

Why Edgewood College?: "I chose Edgewood because of its small school feel, friendly staff and students, and location. Also, I can continue to run cross country."
