2016: Competed in four meets, including the NACC Championships where he set a personal best 8k time of 37:35... Finished 41st at the Beloit College Early Bird 6k on September 1... Ran a time of 35:44 in 4.98 mile race at the Wisconsin Private Colleges Championships on October 15.

High School: Ran at Portage and set a personal best of 20:12 as senior... As a two-year member of the curling team won a curling state championship as sophomore and a state appearance in his junior season.

Personal: Son of Paul and Martha Ammann... Involved in marching band, symphonic band, jazz band, and honors choir... Majoring in Psychology.
