2017: Competed in four meets, including the NACC Championships and the NCAA Midwest Regional... Set a personal best time as an Eagle with a time of 28:16 at the NCAA Midwest Regional on November 11... Placed 11th at the Beloit College Early Bird 6k with a time of 22:04. 

2016: Competed in six meets, including the NACC Championships and the NCAA Midwest Regional where he recorded a season-best 8k time of 28:16 on November 12... Ran all six meets on Varsity... Placed seventh at the Beloit College Early Bird 6k on September 1.

2015: Attended Division II's St. Cloud State University... ran in five meets and set an 8k personal best of 27:28 in the season opener at the Falcon CC Invitational.

High School: Ran at McFarland high school where he won the Rock Valley conference championship and earned First Team All-Conference as a senior... Finished eighth at state in the 4x800m relay his junior season... Personal bests of 16:47 (5k), 4:47 (1600m), and 2:03 (800m).

Personal: Son of Tom and Margaret... Involved as Student Council President his final three years... Spends free time water skiing and has a twin sister... Majoring in Accounting.
