2012: Competed in four races for Edgewood College... Ran a season best 23:43 at the 6,000 meter Badger Opener on September 7... Improved his 8,000 meter time each time he ran it... Posted a season low 8,000 meter time of 30:50.23 at the Northern Athletics Conference Championship on October 27. 

2011: Set a personal record at the 6,000 meter distance with a time of 23:05.7 at the UW Cross Country Classic on September 9 where he finished 38th... Ran his three best 8,000 times in last three meets of the season... Started with a 29:52.22 at the UW-Oshkosh Brooks Invitational on October 15 and followed it with a 29:45.7 at the Northern Athletics Conference Championships in Kenosha where he placed 53rd on October 29... Finished the season at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a time of 29:45.1 on November 12... Named Edgewood College men's cross country athlete of the week from September 19-25.

2010: Started his career with time of 30:05 at the National Catholic Invitational on September 17, which was his fastest time of the season until the final meet... Set a personal best at the NCAA Midwest Regional on November 13 when cover the 8,000 meter course in Rock Island, Illinois in 29:08, shattering his previous best by nearly a minute.

High School: Earned second team All-Rock Valley Conference in cross country... Won two letters in cross country and three in track... Also participated in basketball at McFarland High School.
