2017: Competed in six meets... Set a season-best of 30:10 at the Wisconsin Private College Championships on October 14... Competed in both the NCAA Midwest Regionals and the NACC Championships...  Best finish was 18th at the Beloit College Early Bird 6k (23:05) on September 1.

2016: Competed in five meets, including the NACC Championships... Placed 30th at the Beloit College Early Bird 6k with a time of 24:32... Set a season-best 8k time of 33:46 at the Wisconsin Lutheran Warrior Invitational on October 1.

2015: Ran in every race on the season during sophomore season... Finished 17th overall at the Beloit Early Bird Invite with a time of 25:01.7 on Sept. 1... Ran a 33:10.1 in the first 8,000-meter race of the season but followed that up with a 30:52.1 at the Greater Louisville Classic just one meet later... Ran a season-best 30:02.7 at the NCAA Midwest Regional on Nov. 14.

2014: Lone Edgewood College runner to compete in every meet of the season... Made collegiate debut by finishing second for the Eagles at the UW Badger Opener with a time of 22:30... Took 76th at the Warhawk Invitational in 31:05.4... Ran the NCAA Pre-Nationals in 29:30.8, which was good for a 319th-place finish... Finished second for the Eagles and 34th overall at the UW-Platteville Invite in 30:10.5... Ran the Wisconsin Private College Championship meet in 30:10.0, which was good for a second-place finish for the Eagles and a 37th-place finish overall... Posted career-best time at the NACC Championships (29:07.9) and finished third for the Eagles and 57th overall... Finished the NCAA Division III Midwest Regional in 29:24.4, which was good for 229th overall.

High School: Participated in both cross country and track & field... Owns a personal record of 17:46 in a 5,000 meter race.

Personal: Parents are Zena and Christopher Williams... Majoring in broad field science: physics.
