2010: Started 29 games as a senior for the Eagles... Shared team lead and single season school record for sacrifice flies with five... Tied for team lead in triples with three... Went 3-for-5 with a two runs batted in, in victory over St. Olaf College on March 30... Had season-high three runs batted in against Benedictine University on April 15... Ranks in Edgewood College's top 10 all-time in sacrifice flies (7) and triples (4).

2009:  Started 37 games for the Eagles at third base and designated hitter... Led team with 32 runs batted in... Finished second on the team in doubles with 13... Led team in multiple RBI games with nine... Went 3-for-3 with a double, a triple and four runs batted in during a 19-3 victory over Lakeland College on April 11... Had six hits in the doubleheader sweep of Lakeland... Hit his first career home run as an Eagle on March 15 vs. McDaniel College... Hit safely in 13 of 15 games from February 28 to March 20.

2008:  Attended Heartland Community College in Normal, Illinois... Started 46 games, batting .301 for the Hawks... Slugged 11 doubles and four home runs.

2007:  Attended Lincoln Land Community College in Springfield, Illinois... Played in 17 games for the Loggers and hit .268 with two doubles and a home run.

High School:  Named all-Big 12 Conference his senior year for Normal Community West High School... Played in the Panatagraph Area All-Star Game in 2006... Was an honor roll student and a student council member.

Personal:  Born February 25, 1988... Parents are Jonathan and Kim Astroth... Major is Graphic Design... Has done missionary work in Haiti and the Dominican Republic.
