2006 Season: Had a breakthrough junior campaign in which he set the single-season school record for victories by going 8-1 in 11 appearances and a 2.66 ERA ... All-Lake Michigan Conference selection and second team All-Midwest Region (American Baseball Coaches Association/Rawlings).

2005 Season: Made 10 appearances on the mound, seven as a starter … compiled a 4.62 ERA and a 2-3 record … struck out a season-high five batters versus Augsburg College (3/12/05) in three innings of work.

2004 Season: Appeared and started in two games … struck out eight batters in first collegiate start against Colby Sawyer (3/13/04) … finished with a  1-1 record and 3.86 ERA.

Prep: Was on the Chicago Cubs scout team for four years…earned three varsity letters in baseball under head coach Randy Clifford and helped the Bears win a conference title in 2003…was team captain in 2003 as well as team MVP ...
