2017: Started one of his four appearances... Recorded 1.13 ERA, 0-1 record, and eight strikeouts over 8.0 innings... Struck out a season-high five batters over 2.0 innings in first career appearance in win over Maranatha Baptist on April 13... Allowed one earned run in 3.2 innings of first career start in loss to Illinois Tech on April 22... Held opponents scoreless in three of his four appearances... Finished second on the team in opposing batting average (.148).

High School: As a senior, won the Regional Championship as the team captain under head coach Paul Babcock... Finished as an All-Conference reliever as a junior... Played club/AAU ball for ESP Select Baseball under head coach Tadd Gibson... Also a two-time conference champion, special teams captain, and two-year letterwinner on the football team.

Personal: Parents are Ed and Donna Mulvihill... Majoring in Accounting... Made the honor roll as a junior and senior... volunteered to help teach kids how to play baseball and football... Is very good with directions while driving, has piloted a boat during a wedding when he was 11, and was three rows away from Lil' Wayne at his concert.
