2020: Made one appearance on the mound during shortened season (COVID-19)…Pitched in team’s win over Millsaps College (February 22).
2019: Made eight appearances on the mound, including one start...Threw 20.2 innings and struck out 13 batters...Threw two innings, allowing two runs (both unearned) and struck out three in start against Beloit College (April 23)...Tossed 2.2 scoreless frames in final outing of the season at Aurora University (April 28).
2018: Retired three batters on three pitches in his only appearance of the season against Lakeland on April 10.
2017: Tossed one scoreless inning in his lone appearance at Aurora University on May 2... Struck out one and allowed one hit.
High School: Beat Gorman in the playoffs as a senior under head coach Mike Hubel... Also beat Legacy high school with five innings pitched, five strikeouts, and two earned runs... As a sophomore won the American Legion State Championship and was a Regional runner-up... Allowed five earned runs while striking out seven against Gorman... Played club/AAU ball for the Nevada Jays under head coach Charles Moracco.
Personal: Parents are Kelly and Jerome... Majoring in Broadcast Journalism and Business... Was a two-year Scholar Athlete and three-year Varsity letterwinner... Volunteered for the Nevada Republican caucus... Has been on two mission trips to Tijuana, Mexico with Clavary Chapel, plays guitar for worship and has played since fifth grade, and also enjoys reading aloud to an audience.
