Coach Matt Krueger will be beginning his first season as the Eagles pitching coach in 2015. Matt graduated from Edgewood College in 2010 with a double major in Marketing and Management.  Upon leaving the College, he signed a professional contract to play baseball in Perth, Australia with the Wanneroo Giants. Krueger’s contract was picked up by the Perth Heat of the Australian Professional Baseball League. He was fortunate to experience post-season success with both clubs and led the Giants in most pitching categories. Over the last couple of years, Matt has worked as a pitching coach and clinician in Australia.

Coach Krueger is one of the most successful pitchers to come through the Eagle baseball program.  He ended his Eagle career with a 3.32 ERA, a 13-1 record and was part of the 2010 NACC Championship team. As a player, he was a tremendous worker and student of the game.
