Career Summary
2020: Competed at five meets during in the indoor season…Outdoor season was canceled due to COVID-19…Posted two runner-up finishes at the NACC Indoor Championships (February 29), in the 3,000-meter run (11:07.06) and the 5,000-meter run (19:05.06)…Finished third in the 5,000-meter run at the Red Hawk Invite (February 8)…Added two top-five finishes, third in the mile and fourth in the 3,000, at the UW-Platteville Select (February 1).
2019: Competed at 10 meets, running in distance events…Moved into third on the Eagles honor roll list in the 10,000-meter run after a PR of 38:57.91 at the Phil Esten Challenge (April 18-19)…Won the 10,000-meter run at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 3-4) and also placed sixth in the 5,000-meter run…Placed third in both the 3,000 and 5,000-meter runs at the NACC Indoor Championships (February 23)…Posted PRs in the mile (5:48.07) and 3,000 (10:47.96) during the indoor season…Moved into fourth on the indoor honor roll list for the Eagles in both the 3,000 and 5,000.
2018: Competed in 10 meets, running every event from 1500m to 10000m except the steeplechase... Breakout year where she set personal bests at every distance... At NACC Outdoors, finished second in the 10000m (41:24) and fourth in the 5000m (19:39), her first two Top-5 individual outdoor performances... Set a personal best in the 1500m (5:02.21) at the North Central College Dr. Keeler meet, she is now one of only six women in Eagle history to reach the 5:02 mark or better... Set a 40-second personal best in the outdoor 5000m (18:52.08) at the UW-Platteville Invitational... Her outdoor personal bests in the 1500m (5:02.21), 5000m (18:52.08), and 10000m (39:49.16) all ranked in the NACC's Top-5... She is one of only four women in Eagle history to break 19-minute barrier in outdoor 5000m... Set her 10000m mark in her first career 10000m race at 2018 Wash U Invite and was the seventh-fastest in school history... NACC Scholar-Athlete.
2017: Competed in eight track meets... Ran the mile, 1500m, 3K, and the 5K... Placed 10th in the outdoor 5K (19:58.99) and 10th in the indoor 3K (11:30.77) at the respective NACC Championships... Finished sixth in the outdoor 5K (20:45.03) at the Private College Championships on April 8... NACC Scholar-Athlete.
High School: Ran for Elkhorn... As a senior qualified for state, earned First Team All-Conference, Most Valuable Runner, and Team Captain... Finished third at the Lake Mills Invite... Personal 5k best of 20:18... Qualified for state in the 3200m and ran four years of track and also played two years of basketball.
Personal: Daughter of Mary Mair... On the high honor roll all four years... Involved in the Link Crew... Volunteered for four mission trips and worked with children with disabilities... Majoring in Psychology, with a Minor in Ethnic Studies.
