                        Career Summary
2020: Competed at five meets during the indoor season…Outdoor season was canceled due to COVID-19…Was on the school-record setting DMR team at the NACC Indoor Championships (February 29), helping the squad run a 10:44.48, good for a second-place finish…Posted a PR of 4:35.02 in the mile at the UW-Oshkosh Titan Challenge…Ran a PR (9:22.85) and finished fourth in the 3,000-meter run at the Red Hawk Invite (February 8).
2019: Competed at nine meets, primarily in mid-distance and distance events…Earned two top-seven finishes at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 3-4), placing sixth in the 4X400-meter relay and seventh in the 1,500-meter run, posting a PR time of 4:13.26…The time in 1,500 put him 10th on the Eagles honor roll…Ran a PR time of 4:38.18 in the mile during the indoor season at the Titan Challenge (February 16).
High School: Led the Monona Grove high school track team to three conference championships, one regional sectional, and a state championship... Named team captain twice...Led the Monona Grove cross country team to finish first place in the conference, second place in sectionals, and qualify for states as a senior captain... Also helped his team win conference championships in his sophomore and junior year... Personal best in the 5k sits at 16:50.
Personal: Son of Brenda and Rob Hunter... Member of the National Honors Society... Graduated with various outstanding academic awards... Named a Badger conference scholar and Badger conference scholastic athlete... Member of Key club, DECA, and HOSA-Future Health Professionals... Volunteered at Second Harvest Foodbank... Major is Environmental Science.
