Career Summary

2018: Won the NACC 10000m outdoor championship (40:58.16) and became the Eagles first individual outdoor champion since 2016, also finished third in the 5000m (18:59.37)... Successful senior campaign where she set personal bests in nearly every one of her events... Her times in the 1500m (5:00.49), 5000m (18:34.65), and 10000m (38:41.95) all ranked in the NACC's Top-3, respectively, and were all set in her last four meets... Placed 15th in the outdoor 10000m (38:41.95 personal best and fourth-fastest in school history) at loaded 2018 Wash U Invite... Won her first career meet with a 5:00.49 mark in the 1500m at the University of Dubuque Invitational... Set outdoor 5k personal best of 18:34.65 at UW-Platteville Invitational and became one of only four women in Eagle history to break 19-minute barrier... At NACC Indoors, member of the distance medley relay team that won their fourth-straight conference title with the sixth-fastest time in school history (13:14.39) and she also placed third in the 3000m (10:35.48 personal best and third-fastest in school history)... Will end her career as one of the best in school history and owns Top-7 individual times in the indoor mile, indoor 3000m, indoor 5000m, and 10000m... NACC Scholar-Athlete.

2017: Competed in nine meets... Set personal records in the 1500m (5:09.58), 5K (19:20.02), and 10K (41:34.51) during the outdoor season and is one of the Top-10 fastest in school history in each event... Placed seventh in the 5K (19:31.30) and fourth in the 10K (41:34.51) at the NACC Outdoor Championships... Her 10K and 5K outdoor personal bests were the fifth and seventh fastest recorded in the NACC, respectively... Finished in the Top-9 in both the 5K (20:17.05) and the 3K (11:30.33) at the NACC Indoor Championships... NACC Scholar-Athlete.

2016: Ended the season with a PR in each of the last two meets... Ran to an eighth-place finish in the 5,000 meters with a personal best time of 19:49.77 on May 7... Finished 10th with a PR 5:18.41 in the 1,500 meters at the Beloit Relays on April 30... Finished runner-up in the 3,000 meters at the UW-Platteville Final Qualifier on March 4 with a time of 11:45.27... Improved on her indoor mile time by over 10 seconds from freshman season after running a 5:44.17 at the UW-Oshkosh Titan Challenge on Feb. 20... NACC Scholar-Athlete.

2015: Broke six minutes in the indoor mile for the first time in collegiate career at the NACC Indoor Championships, finishing 10th in a time of 5:54.55... Established a new personal record in the 1,500 meters at the NACC Outdoor Championships, finishing 11th with a time of 5:20.18... Ran 2:39.38 at the Wisconsin Private Colleges Championships in her first race at 800 meters... NACC Scholar-Athlete.

High School: Broke the school's indoor two mile record during senior season... Team captain as a senior... All-conference as a junior and sophomore... Was a sectional qualifier and won the Freshman Award in rookie season.
