2017: Competed in nine meets... Became the fifth man in school history to break 16 minutes in the outdoor 5K and the fourth Eagle to break 16 in the indoor 5K... Ran the fifth-fastest outdoor 5K in the NACC with a time of 15:56.30 at the UW-Platteville Invitational on April 13-14... Set an all-time 5K personal record of 15:52.99 indoors in a runner-up finish at the NACC Indoor Championships on February 25... Won the Pointer Invite with an indoor 5K time of 16:28.77 on February 4... Also set a personal best in the 1500m (4:16.72) after finishing fifth at the Private College Championships on April 8... 2016: Smashed outdoors PR in the 5,000 meters by over 20 seconds with a 16:05.04 at the UW-Platteville Invitational on April 16... Improved on 1,500 meter PR by nearly four seconds after taking 10th at the Beloit Relays on April 30... Set a PR in the 3,000 meters after taking eighth at the UW-Oshkosh Titan Challenge on Feb. 20... Finished seventh in the 5,000 meters at the NACC Outdoor Championships on May 7... 2015: Set two personal records during the indoor season... Ran 9:41.18 with a fifth place finish at the UW-Platteville Select meet on January 31 to establish a new personal best and the team's best 3,000 meter time of the season... Nearly broke 5:00 minutes in the indoor mile for the first time, finishing in 5:00.97 at the University of Wisconsin Red & White Open on February 20... Placed 11th in the 5,000 meters at the NACC Indoor Championships with a time of 16:43.26... Ran a season best 4:39.21 in the 1,500 meters at the NACC Outdoor Championships... NACC Scholar-Athlete.

2014: Made his collegiate debut running 5:04.46 in the mile at the Tadd Metzger Invitational... Placed seventh in the NACC Outdoor Championships in the 3,000 meter steeplechase with a time of 10:20.98... Set a new personal record in the 5,000 meters at the NACC Outdoor Championships with a time of 16:27.77 seconds... Ran a personal best time of 9:47.27 in the 3,000 meters at the NACC Indoor Championships.
