2016: Competed in two meets... Ran a 24:29 6k time at the Beloit College Early Bird on September 1 and a 31:52 at Wisconsin Lutheran's 8k Invitational on October 1.

2015: Did not compete due to injury.

2014: Finished first for the Eagles and 75th overall at the UW Badger Opener with a time of 22:20... Took 67th at the Warhawk Invitational with a time of 30:00.3... Finished fourth for the Eagles and 61st overall at the Wisconsin Private College Championships with a mark of 32:53.1... Finished fourth for the Eagles and 68th overall at the NACC Championships with a time of 29:52.6... Finished third for Edgewood College and 226th overall with a season-best time of 29:00.7 at the NCAA Division III Midwest Regional... Named Edgewood College Athlete of the Week for Sept. 8-14.

2013: Competed in five meets in his first season since an injury caused him to miss the 2013 track & field season... Set a new season-best time of 30:07.97 at the NCAA Division III Midwest Regional Championships on November 16.

2012: Competed in five out of seven races in his first year for the Eagles... Covered the 6,000 meter Badger Opener in 21:32 which was the fourth fastest on the team... On September 29 at the 8,000 meter Greater Louisville Invitational he ran a 27:40.10 finishing third for the Eagles... Also competed in the Northern Athletics Conference Championships, finishing 29th and the NCAA III Midwest Regional on November 10... Named Edgewood College's men's cross country student athlete of the week from September 10-17. 

High School: Ran four years of both cross country and track for coach Tom Shannon.
