2014: Placed sixth in the NACC Indoor Championships in the 3,000 meters with a season-best time of 9:05.27... Ran both the 5,000 and 10,000 meters at the NACC Outdoor Championships, placing fourth in the 10,000 meters with a time of 33:04.71 and eighth in the 5,000 meters in 16:16.23... Won the 5,000 meters at the Wisconsin Private College Championships with a time of 16:16.69... Ran a season-best in the 5,000 meters at the North Park University Invitational with a winning time of 16:03.08... Had a season best 1,500 meter time at the UW-Platteville Invitational, finishing in 4:24.31.

2013: Won his all-time Edgewood College record eighth, ninth and 10th individual conference championships, along with his third realy crown... Captured two individual titles at the NAC Indoor Championships for the third time in his career, winning the 3,000 meters in 9:07.46 and the 5,000 meters in 15:31.01... Was also part of the NAC Champion Distance Medley Relay for the third time in his career... Claimed the 10,000 meter title at the NAC Outdoor Championship in a school record time of 32:41.24 for his fourth career NAC Outdoor title and 10th career individual conference championship... At the end of the season, owned six different Edgewood College school records ranging from 1,500 to 10,000 meters... Ran a season best time of 15:07.82 in the 5,000 meters at the UW-Platteville Invitational... Owns the eight fastest outdoor 5,000 meter times in Edgewood College history.

2012: Became the first Edgewood College track and field athlete in history to compete in the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championships... Placed 15th in the 5,000 meters in a time of 14:48.06 in his first national championship race... Qualified for nationals in the 5,000 meters by running a school record of 14:28.49 at the Dr. Keeler Invitational on May 11... Won two NAC Outdoor Championships event titles, claiming the 1,500 meters in a school record time of 4:01.48 and the 5,000 meters with a time of 15:22.76... Set a new school record of 8:42.19 in the indoor 3,000 meters at the Sol Butler Invitational on January 14... Went on to win NAC Indoor Championships in the 3,000 meters and 5,000 meters events... Was also part of the Distance Medley Relay team that won Edgewood College's fourth consecutive conference title at the NAC Indoor Championships... At the end of the season, held individual school records in five different events.

2011: Did not participate due to injury.

2010: Won Northern Athletics Conference titles in all three of his events at the NAC Indoor Championships, winning the mile in 4:30.34, the 3,000 meter run in 8:55.42 and being a member of the distance medley relay team in a time of 11:00.62... Named Men's Freshman of the Meet at the NAC Indoor Championships... Set a school record in the mile at the Red & White Open in a time of 4:20.57... Established a new Edgewood College record in the 3,000 meters with a time of 8:50.36 at the Badger Track Classic... Set a school record in the 5,000 meter run with a time of 14:53.43 at the Gina Relays... Won the Northern Athletics Conference Outdoor championship in the 5,000 meter run with a time of 15:22.25... Set a new school record of 4:02.82 in the 1,500 meter run at the Benedictine University Eagle Invitational... NAC Scholar-Athlete.

High School: Qualified for the WIAA state meet in two events in 2009, the 800 meter run and the 4x800 meter relay... Won three letters in track at Madison West.

Personal: Parent is Andrea Williams... Major is Elementary Education... Also runs cross country at Edgewood College and was the first Eagle to make it to the NCAA Championship meet last fall.
