2014: Competed in the javelin in four meets... Threw a career long 28.50 meters at the Carroll University Invitational finishing seventh... Placed seventh at the NACC Outdoor Championships with a distance of 26.68 meters.

2013: Set a new school record of 28.24 meters in her first career collegiate javelin event at the University of Dubuque Open, placing third... Placed seventh in the javelin at the Wisconsin Private College Championships with a throw of 27.38 meters.

High School: Three year volleyball starter... Earned Little Ten All-Conference all three years... Was also named All-Area all three years... Member of the Student Council.

Personal: Daughter of Terry and Julie Rabel... Major is undecided... Also plays volleyball at Edgewood College.
