2015: Won her seventh conference event title (three individual, four relays) as part of the Eagles' Distance Medley Relay championship team at the NACC Indoor Championships, winning in a time of 13:00.70... Graduates with a share of three relay school records: 4x400 indoor, 4x400 outdoor and 4x100 outdoor... Ran a personal best of 2:20.01 in the 800 meters in the second to last race of her career at the Wisconsin Twilight Open on May 8... Placed second in the 800 meters at the NACC Outdoor Championships with a time of 2:24.56... Owns six of the fastest 10 outdoor 800 meters races in school history... 2014: Helped 4x400m relay team to a sixth-place finish at the NACC Indoor Championships with a time of 4:42.03... Limited to just two indoor meets due to injury.

2013: Helped the distance medley relay team to a first-place finish at the NAC Indoor Championships in 13:25.48, which stands as the second-best indoor time in school history... Placed second in the 800 meters at the NAC Indoor Championships with a time of 2:27.43... Finished sixth in the 400m at the UW-River Falls Invite in 1:02.88, which stands as the eight-best time in indoor school history... Took fifth in the 800m at the UW-Stevens Point Pointer Invitational with a time of 2:26.06... Helped the 4x400m relay team to the seventh-fastest time in school history in indoor competition after placing sixth in 4:28.87... Won the 600m in 1:45.95 at the  UWW Schlender Invite... Won the 800m at the Wisconsin Private College Championships in 2:21.64, which stands as the sixth-fastest time in indoor school history... 2012: Won the 800 meters at the Northern Athletics Conference Outdoor Championships with a time of 2:24.04 on May 4... Helped the 4x400 relay team take first place in an indoor school record time of 4:11.08 at the NAC Indoor Championships... Set a personal record in the 800 meters with a time of 2:21.30 to place 10th at the Hillsdale College Gina Relays on April 26... Also won the 800 meters on April 28 at the Wisconsin Private College Championships with a time of 2:23.19... Helped the 4x400 relay team place second at the NAC Outdoor Championships in a school record time of 4:07.84... Won the 400 meters on February 25 at the NAC Indoor Championships with a time of 1:01.69... Placed first at the UW NCAA Qualifier Meet with an 800 meter time of 2:23.33 on March 2... Finished fourth at the NAC Indoor Championships with a time of 2:31.20 in the 800 meters... 2011: Was the Northern Athletics Conference Outdoor Champion in the 400 meter hurdles with a school record time of 1:06.54... Was the NAC Freshman of the Year... Also won the 400 meter hurdles the week prior at the Wisconsin Private College Championships on April 30 with a time of 1:08.49... Was part of hte 4x400 relay team the won the NAC Outdoor Championship with a school record time of 4:08.97... Helped the 4x100 relay set a school record wtih a time of 51.13 seconds to place third at the NAC Outdoor Championships... Was named NAC Student Athlete of the Week from April 25- May 1... Had personal best long jump of 4.90 meters at the Wisconsin Private College Championships... Placed fourth at the NAC Outdoor Championships on May 7 in the 400 meter dash with a personal record time of 1:01.48... Finished fifth at the NAC Outdoor Championships with a personal best 100 meter dash time of 13.49 seconds... Set a personal best in the 200 meter dash with a time of 27.59 seconds at the UW-Platteville Invitational on April 9... NAC Scholar-Athlete.

High School: Won Capitol North Conference championships in the1,600 meter run, 3,200 meter run, and 4x400 meter relay as a freshman and sophomore... Was conference champion in 300 meter hurdles, 4x400 meter relay, and 4x100 meter relay as a junior and senior... Qualified for state four times... Was a WIAA Scholar Athlete... Named team MVP and captain as a senior.

Personal: Parents are Brent and Gwen Hering... Major is Special Education with a minor in Ethnic Studies and ESL... Also participated in basketball at Edgewood College.
