2011: Earned All-Northern Athletics Conference honors... Turned in her best career finish and time at the Northern Athletics Conference Championships on October 29 where she covered the 6,000 meter distance in 24:15.4 to place fifth... Finished her career with a time of 24:51.1 at the NCAA Midwest Regional on November 12... Set a career-best 5,000 meter time 20:17.4 in the first meet of the season, the UW Cross Country Classic on Septemer 9... Placed eighth at the UW-Parkside Lucian Rosa Invitational with a time of 20:26.2 on October 8... Named NAC Women's Cross Country Student-Athlete of the Week from Ocotber 3-9... 2008: Broke 22 minutes in her first career collegiate 5K, running 21:49 at the Tom Barry Invitational in Green Bay... Established a new 6K personal record at the Northern Athletics Conference Championships, covering the course in 27:32.
High School: Four letters in both cross country and track at Laconia High School... Set school records in the 4x400 relay, 4x800 relay and 1600m run... Competed at the state finals in the 1600m 3200m runs.
