Career Summary
2013: Named a first team Capital One Academic All-District 6 recipient from CoSIDA, becoming the first Edgewood College Track & Field athlete to earn a first team Academic All-District award... Ran the fastest 3,000 meter steeplechase in school history and the 39th fastest in the nation that season, in the final race of his career, clocking in at 9:22.08 at the North Central College Gregory Invitational... Won NAC Outdoor Championships in both the 3,000 meters steeplechase and the 5,000 meter run (15:38.97)... The 3,000 meter steeplechase title was his third consecutive NAC championship in that event and set a meet record in a time of 9:38.71... Ran a personal record time of 4:05.35 in the 1,500 meters at the Benedictine Twilight meet... Bettered that mark with a time of 9:36.65 at thee Gregory Invitational on May 20... Broke the old 3,000 meter steeplechase record by more than 25 seconds... Also won the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the Wisconsin Private College Championships with time of 10:12.54... Set a personal best in the 5,000 meter run with a time of 16:23.25, finishing sixth at the NAC Outdoor Championships on May 7... Ran a personal best 2:10.43 in the 800 meter run at the Badger Red & White Open on February 18... 2010: Set new personal records by placing second in the 3,000 meter steeplechase (10:13.66) and eighth in the 5,000 meter run (16:38.91) at the Northern Athletics Conference Outdoor Championships... Ran on the 4x400 meter relay team that placed seventh at the NAC Outdoor Championships... Placed sixth in the mile run in a time of 4:53.08 at the NAC Indoor Championships... NAC Scholar-Athlete.
